Sonogram video and a fetal heartbeat heard through ultrasound waves present viewers with a child developing in a woman's womb. With the video and sounds fading, blurring, and distorting, a woman's voice and type-on text state the conclusion by the American Academy of Pediatrics that mercury exposure disproportionately affects the developing fetus and young children.

As the sonogram image of the fetus disappears entirely, voice over and animated text report that the House of Representatives sided with corporate lobbyists to block limits on mercury pollution. The woman's voice asks, "Did they think America wouldn't notice?" See how all House Members voted:
